Genetic Testing / DNA Testing
One of the best ways to keep weight off is to take away the guess work. We do this by incorporating genetic testing as part of our program. This is a huge benefit to our clients and one of the reasons for their amazing success and transformations.
The genetic testing looks at two primary pieces of information. First, what ratio of protein, fat and carbohydrates does your body best respond to. Should you be a higher fat, higher protein, or higher carb diet? And second, what types of exercise does your body best respond to. Maybe you respond best to high intensity with low duration...or maybe you respond better to low intensity with a higher duration. Now realize that exercise isn't necessary to lose weight, but is very beneficial for long term health.
A well known study was performed by Stanford University that determined that programs which followed a meal plan based upon a clients' genetics would lead them to lose up to 2.5 times more weight!
This ultimately takes away the guessing game of weight loss and is more specific to you!

It can be super frustrating when the person who is supposed to be helping you lose weight is actually there to try to sell you more product. This is the case with many of the local weight loss programs. Their primary focus is to sell you more and more product. This will often show up in the form of having a lower introductory cost to start the program, but don't let that fool you. Month after month they will want you to buy their product over and over again.
